In the long shadows of a macro-brewing juggernaut and a 630-foot arch, a small, artisanal microbrewery has been carving out a unique niche in the American craft market, with a focus on Belgian style ales and a unique barrel aging program. From the first time we tried one of Perennial’s biers we knew we had to meet whoever was behind such sorcery. We’re glad we did and even happier to have been able to collaborate with our new St. Louisan friends on our Fall17 Saison. Made with Wisconsin honey and lemongrass, this golden nectar is perfect for any “saison.”
