The Seasonal Saison Series returns with a collaboration brew from 1840 Brewing Company. This fall-inspired Saison is brewed with flaked rye & special B malt to add body, an amber color, & a spicy caramel flavor. Aromas of black pepper, cinnamon, and Belgian yeast. Flavors of pumpkin spice & caramel-covered apple cider with a dry yet sweet finish make this a perfect Autumnal treat.

Our friends at Whiner Beer Co. created this expertly dry-hopped, peach perfect addition to our collaborative Saison Series. Soft, floral honey and hints of ripe stone fruit are balanced beautifully by fresh, crisp pops of Ekuanot, Loral, and Citra hops, resulting in a bier that’s at once approachable and unique, juicy and refreshing.

In the long shadows of a macro-brewing juggernaut and a 630-foot arch, a small, artisanal microbrewery has been carving out a unique niche in the American craft market, with a focus on Belgian style ales and a unique barrel aging program. From the first time we tried one of Perennial’s biers we knew we had to meet whoever was behind such sorcery. We’re glad we did and even happier to have been able to collaborate with our new St. Louisan friends on our Fall17 Saison. Made with Wisconsin honey and lemongrass, this golden nectar is perfect for any “saison.”
